Our approach is warm, collaborative and supportive, providing a safe space to explore, heal and grow. Sessions are arranged in blocks of four, so there is a clear shape to the work from the start.

Drawing and Talking

Making sense of experiences, one drawing at a time

Drawing and Talking is a therapeutic intervention that uses drawing as a way for children, young people, adults and older adults to express themselves, explore their feelings and make sense of their experiences. It provides a safe, supportive space where you can be heard, understood and empowered.

Consultation & advice

A confidential space to think something through

Our consultation sessions give parents, carers and professionals a place to discuss concerns, explore options and gain guidance tailored to their situation. Sessions run for 60 minutes and take place online.

Practical advice and information based on evidence and clinical experience.

Support for next steps

Guidance on what to do next, including referrals, resources or further support if needed.

For professionals

Clinical supervision

Supervision is provided to psychologists and other professionals. Sessions run for 50 minutes, and the frequency, format and other details are agreed within the supervision contract.
