Compassion
We approach every person with kindness, understanding and respect.
About us
Reaching out for psychological support can feel like a significant step. Whatever brings you here, we are committed to providing a welcoming, compassionate and evidence-based service.
At Origo Psychology, we believe every person has a unique story. Rather than focusing solely on difficulties, we take time to understand the whole person — their experiences, strengths, challenges and goals.
The name Origo comes from the Latin word meaning origin, or beginning. It reflects our belief that gaining a deeper understanding of a person's experiences can provide clarity, guide effective support, and empower individuals and families to move forward with confidence.
Our approach combines clinical expertise with the best available evidence to provide thoughtful, personalised care. We value collaboration and work closely with each individual, family and, where appropriate, other professionals, so that recommendations and interventions are practical, meaningful and tailored to individual needs.
Our work is person-centred and neurodiversity-affirming: we recognise and value individual differences rather than treating them as problems to be corrected.
