Privacy notice
How we handle information you give us through this website.
Before you publish
This is a starting draft covering the website only. It is not a substitute for your full clinical privacy notice, and it should be reviewed against your ICO registration and professional guidance before the site goes live. Replace this box with nothing once you're happy with the text below.
Who we are
Origo Psychology is the data controller for information collected through this website. You can contact us at hello@origopsychology.com. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
What we collect through this website
Our enquiry form asks for your email address. You can optionally give us your first name and tell us which service you are interested in. We ask you not to include any personal or health details in the form.
We do not use advertising cookies or analytics that track you across other websites.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Who processes it
Enquiries submitted through the form are handled by Formspree, which passes them on to us by email, and by our email provider. Both act as data processors on our behalf under a written agreement.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to us working together, we delete your details within six months. If you go on to become a client, your information is held under our clinical records policy, which we will give you separately.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We update this notice when our practice changes. This version was published in 2026.
