Therapy is not about having all the answers. We offer a range of evidence-based approaches, tailored to the needs of children, young people and adults.
Our approach is warm, collaborative and supportive, providing a safe space to explore, heal and grow. Sessions are arranged in blocks of four, so there is a clear shape to the work from the start.

Drawing and Talking
Drawing and Talking is a therapeutic intervention that uses drawing as a way for children, young people, adults and older adults to express themselves, explore their feelings and make sense of their experiences. It provides a safe, supportive space where you can be heard, understood and empowered.
12 weekly sessions, 30 minutes each
From 5 years old. Adults and older adults are also welcome.
£360 for a block of 12 sessions

You use drawing to explore thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace.
We talk together about the drawing, helping you make sense of your feelings.
We support you to build understanding, resilience and positive coping strategies.
Over time you may feel more confident, calm and better equipped to navigate challenges.
Consultation & advice
Our consultation sessions give parents, carers and professionals a place to discuss concerns, explore options and gain guidance tailored to their situation. Sessions run for 60 minutes and take place online.
Practical advice and information based on evidence and clinical experience.
We help you understand the choices available and what might be most helpful.
Guidance on what to do next, including referrals, resources or further support if needed.
For professionals
Supervision is provided to psychologists and other professionals. Sessions run for 50 minutes, and the frequency, format and other details are agreed within the supervision contract.
