Everything we charge for is set out below, along with how payment works and what happens if you need to cancel.
Specialist assessments
Comprehensive, in-depth assessments with feedback and a detailed written report.

Assessment payment plans
Payment plans are available for autism and ADHD assessments. These will need to be discussed and agreed in advance of the assessment.
Consultations, therapy and supervision
Initial consultation for specialist assessments
40 minutes. An opportunity to discuss your concerns, the assessment process and whether our services are right for you.
Initial consultation for counselling & therapy
30 minutes. An opportunity to discuss your needs and explore how therapy can support you.
Counselling & therapeutic support
Individual therapy provided in packs of four sessions. Payment for all four sessions is required before the first session of the pack.
Drawing and Talking therapy
12-session programme of 30-minute sessions. Payment is required in full before the first session.
Consultation & advice
60 minutes. Focused support for individuals, parents or carers seeking professional guidance and advice.
Supervision for professionals
50 minutes per session. Frequency and format are agreed within the supervision contract.
Payment
- Payment is required at the time of booking to secure an appointment.
- For autism and ADHD assessments, payment plans may be available and must be discussed and agreed in advance.
- Counselling and therapeutic support is arranged in blocks of four, with the full block paid before the first session of the block.
- All payment arrangements and fees will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Appointment cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change.
- 24 hours' notice. Cancellation or rescheduling is free of charge.
- Less than 24 hours' notice. The session is charged in full, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
- Non-attendance. Appointments missed without notice are charged in full.
- If we need to cancel. There will be no charge, and an alternative appointment will be offered as soon as possible.
Planned leave and holidays
Clients will be given at least two weeks' notice where possible for planned leave. For longer periods of leave, such as a week or more, four weeks' notice is preferable, particularly for clients having regular weekly therapy. You can agree whether to pause therapy or arrange sessions before and after the break.
